Fashionistas are passionate about fashion.   So when we started to create the guest care in Fusion Maia, we naturally came to Fusionista – someone passionate about a Fusion lifestyle.

Consider your Fusionista as the key to unlock the best that our resort and the surrounding area have to offer to you. They will help you to achieve the ‘Fusion Feeling’, while sharing their unique personalities and passions.

Where can I meet my Fusionista?

Your Fusionista will meet you daily; usually at breakfast to answer questions or concerns. During the whole day they are contactable by telephone or you can visit the hotel lobby to meet them.

The relaxed kindness of the Fusionista team makes it seem as though even the most surprising requests can be accommodated without any second thought!  Don’t be shy as creating memorable experiences is what inspires them every day.

What can my Fusionista do for me?

• Ensure your room is comfortable from pillows to service times
• Provide hotel suggestions to enjoy your day from breakfast destinations, spa assistance to activity recommendations.
• Keep you posted on hotel themed events, afternoon pop ups and help with reservations.
• Support you with dietary requirements, such as gluten free, lactose intolerant, vegetarian, vegan, raw food or juice cleanse.
• Share insider tips of what to see (and eat!) in Hoi An and Da Nang
• Assist with creating special moments such as a romantic dinner on the beach, surprising sundowners to wedding vow renewals! You name it, we’ll try create it!
